About our Facility:
When you pull up to our facility, you may be surprised that it looks like a house! In fact, it was a house...we purchased our facility building and land from the Dobson family more than 20 years ago.
Why would a church meet in a house? Interestingly, the first Mennonites all met in houses...the houses of the first members who baptized each other at the beginning of the Anabaptist movement (you can learn more about Mennonite church history on our 'who are the mennonites?' page.
For us, though, it is about stewardship. At this time, our facilty meets our needs and is less expensive to operate than a larger facility. However, we have plans to expand as soon as the Lord makes it clear we should do so!
