Recognizing that Jesus Christ is the founder and head of the Church, and that all who are His are part of the Church, His Body, I renew my commitment to the following responsibilities for Church membership:

1. Having experienced the new birth, I confess Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.

I accept the Bible as the inspired Word of God, and the guide for faith and life.

I dedicate myself to the Christian beliefs and practices of Koinonia Mennonite Church.

2. I accept the responsibility to give myself to God, dedicated to his service and pleasing to Him, to seek by prayer and study of the Bible to grow in the grace and knowledge of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I commit myself to loving the church family, to participate in the ministry and service of the fellowship as regularly as possible, to support the church by giving my time, talents, money and prayers.

I am ready to receive counsel from the church and give counsel to the church and to share in giving witness to the Gospel of Christ.

I commit myself to serve in any capacity to which the church may call me and for which I am qualified.
